Meet our Junior & Senior High Leaders

May 31st, 2007

John Pappas
Loves God, people, and The Ohio State Buckeyes.  Loves hanging out with the teens and playing sports with them.  Leads the Teaching Ministry group.

Stefanie Pappas
Stefanie makes the Youth Program go here.  She plans a lot of our activities and leads the Encouragement Ministry group.  She has lead and still leads small group counseling sessions.  She too loves The Ohio State Buckeyes.

Aletheia Bena
Her name means, “Truth”. Aletheia loves going to concerts, eating Gummy Bears and dreams of one day singing a duet with Josh Groban. She is a multi-talented addition to the youth ministry team, who works with both our Jr & Sr high students.

Philip Bena
This guy literally rocks. He’s a drummer, a recording studio tech, indie film producer and all around good guy. He works primarily in the High School Awana program (Journey), though he’s been seen going on the Guys’ Backpacking Trip, helping at Afterglows and filling in wherever needed. He loves the Taco Bell dollar menu, watching movies and taking long walks on the beach at sunset.

Beka Heisig
Beka graduated from Washington Bible College in May of 2008.  She loves her full-time job working at WBC in the library.  Beka is dedicated to our teens and is the leader of our Prayer Ministry Group.  She is a big fan of the Washington Redskins and the Tennessee Volunteers.

Brian Chinn
Brian is the quiet force in our Youth Group.  He helps lead the Activity Small group and loves to go all out in every sport he plays.

GRACE BIBLE YOUTH
Junior & Senior High Ministry
At Grace we’ve got…

Friendships
We at Grace know that people are designed by God for 2 types of relationships. We are created to have a real and right relationship with God and real and right relationships with other people. So with this in mind we strive to have a great friendship with Jesus, our Savior. We also place an emphasis on the importance on being a trusted and godly friend to others.

Praise
We are a ministry that seeks to teach and practice praising God with the way we live our lives.

Ministry
We want to serve God with our gifts and abilities.

Adventure
We know that living for God is an 24 hours a day, seven days a week adventure.
