Ephesians 4:7-24

1. COOPERATE in God’s work of art that is you (11-13)

   1. Emphasize leadership character, not strategy - being, not doing (11-12)

   2. Embrace the Designer by embracing your design (13)

2. GROW up and out of immaturity (14-16)

   1. Use the tools God has provided (15-16a)
      Care - “truthing” in love
      Connect - every joint with which it is equipped
      Contribute - each part working properly

   2. Define maturity correctly (16b)

3. COMMIT to the process (4:17-5:1)
