Conrad Smith

Conrad has been the Senior Pastor at Grace since 1998. He is a graduate of Washington Bible College and Capital Bible Seminary. Conrad loves ministry, soul care, self-defense, life coaching, learning, missions, and spending time with his family. He and his wife Dottie live in Bowie and have five children and three grandchildren.

Rodrigo Godinez

Rodrigo has been working at Grace Bible Church since 2017 and currently serves as the Assistant Pastor of Worship and Outreach. He also assists with Children's Church, Sunday School, pastoral care, discipleship, and teaching. Rodrigo is pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership, and his wife, Sarah, received her Master's in Christian Care from Capital Seminary. They have three daughters, Sofia, Isabella, and Ana, and two dogs, Arthur and Alfie.
